Cancellations 

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment in order to avoid paying a cancellation fee. No call/ no shows OR appointments cancelled within two hours will be charged the full price of the service booked. We reserve the right to decline service to a client after one or more cancellations. 

Arrival 

Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next client. Please complete the intake form that will be emailed to you upon booking. Submitting this in advance saves time when you arrive and allows the maximum amount of time for your treatment. If you have not submitted your intake form online, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to complete your paperwork in person.

Tardiness 

Sometimes being late is unavoidable. While we will do our best to provide a full treatment, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

Gratuities

Gratuity is included in the price of all services. 

Confidentiality and Privacy 

Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. Rest assured that all conversations you have with your esthetician will remain confidential, as will any health history forms. Client lists and email lists are confidential and not shared. Photos will only be shared with client permission.
