Cancellations 

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, which will then be applied as credit towards your next appointment. This credit expires after two weeks. No shows and appointments cancelled within two hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the service booked with no credit for rebooking. We reserve the right to decline service to a client after repeated cancellations. 

Arrival 

Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next client. Please complete the intake form that will be emailed to you upon booking. Submitting this in advance saves time when you arrive and allows the maximum amount of time for your treatment. If you have not submitted your intake form online, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to complete your paperwork in person.

Tardiness

While we will do our best to provide a full treatment, a late arrival may force us to shorten or cancel your service. Cancellation fees apply (see above).
