POLICIES 

Mutual respect and consideration is essential for a functional client- provider relationship. We go above and beyond to hold space for your reserved appointment. We operate by appointment only, meaning your esthetician comes in just for you- often times with a substantial commute. Since we do not offer walk in service, last minute cancellations can be nearly impossible to fill. 

Cancellations

Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduled appointments. 

100% of your scheduled service(s) will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours.

No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged in full for the missed appointment. Future appointments will require prepayment. 

Tardiness

Arriving 10 or more minutes late to your appointment will result in a shortened treatment in order to honor the time of our on-time clients. Late arrival may require that we reschedule your appointment time. Cancellation fees apply. 

Repeated Cancellations

Excessive cancellations and/ or rescheduled appointments will result in mandatory prepayment of subsequent appointments. Appointments under these terms that have not met the prepayment requirement will be automatically canceled.
