Mutual respect and consideration is essential for a functional client- provider relationship. We go above and beyond to hold space for your reserved appointment. We operate by appointment only, meaning your esthetician comes in just for you- often times with a substantial commute. Since we do not offer walk in service, last minute cancellations can be nearly impossible to fill.
Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduled appointments.
100% of your scheduled service(s) will be charged for cancellations made within the 24 hour window.
No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged in full for the missed appointment. Future appointments will require prepayment.
To cancel an appointment, please call Evolve Skin Studio at (828) 367-9282. We do not accept cancellations via other communications such as social media.
Our estheticians do not manage bookings nor are they responsible for scheduling via phone or social media.
Arriving 10 or more minutes late to your appointment will result in a shortened treatment in order to honor the scheduled appointments of our other clients. Late arrival may require that we reschedule your appointment time. Cancellation fees apply.
Excessive cancellations and/ or rescheduled appointments will result in mandatory prepayment of subsequent appointments. Appointments under these terms that have not met the prepayment requirement will be automatically canceled.
When booking, we ask for your phone number and email address. This allows us to send important information like parking directions and your intake form to you via both text and email. We encourage you to open and thoroughly read these communications. They are designed to make your arrival to your appointment as relaxing and efficient as possible.
